The West Tampa Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)(6) non-profit, membership-based
organization dedicated to strengthening local businesses, enriching our communities, and enhancing the overall quality of life throughout West Tampa and the surrounding areas.

Founded in 1918 as the West Tampa Commercial Club and officially becoming the West Tampa Chamber of Commerce in 1929, our organization has more than a century-long legacy of leadership, advocacy, and collaboration. From our earliest days, we have been committed to building meaningful connections between businesses and the neighborhoods they serve, bridging tradition with progress.

Today, we are a dynamic network of businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual members who bring together diverse ideas, resources, and expertise. Through creative networking, strategic advocacy, and community-focused initiatives, we help businesses thrive while supporting neighborhood enhancement and preserving West Tampa’s rich historical heritage.

Our service area spans North of Kennedy Blvd and South of Hillsborough Ave, from N. Dale Mabry Hwy to the Hillsborough River (N. Blvd), proudly including Drew Park as an integral part of our vibrant business community.
